About Us

Our purpose

  • To operate as an advisory board for each CEO in the group. To help each other fulfill each other’s growth plans, improve our businesses, grow EBITDA and sale value. Be held accountable by the group for growth plans and other issues as requested by individual members.  
  • Present issues to the group to get ideas for resolution
  • Share marketing information 
  • Share confidential methods of operation
  • Share and critique financial reports and progress ·  Accountability to the group   

Our meetings

  • Pre meeting dinner – informal introductions
  • Day of – Introductions with Business/Personal Check In Sheets
  • Presentation of issues and feedback from members
  • Financial Statements Analysis at Winter Meeting – participation optional, specific format   

Activity between Meetings:

  • Conference calls (if desired)
  • Staffing CEO Google Group
  • Requests to be filled by attendees from other members at meeting   

Members Commitments: 

  • Attend 2 conference table meetings per year
  • Issues presented in advance to all members via e-mail
  • Communicate with other members on an as needed basis via e-mail, telephone, or other means
  • Identify and screen new members  

August conference is the first week Tuesday-Thursday.

February conference is the third week Wed-Friday.

Our structure and fees

Size and Focus: Companies  – 23 max   

Member Qualifications: 

  • Sponsored by existing member ·  President, Owner, CEO or COO level
  • LI, Administrative, Technical or specialty niche staffing firm
  • Prospective Members are to be interviewed before being invited to the next meeting.
  • Five years experience in the staffing business
  • Members must come to the meeting prepared to share their experiences with the group. ·
  • Prospective members cannot be admitted to the group if they conduct business in competition with an existing member in the same business vertical and geographic marketplace unless permission is given by the existing member.  
  • Entrance of new members is approved by a unanimous vote of the group. 
  • Commitment to the group is essential you are expected to attend and participate in meetings.      

Financials Review and Comparison is optional and requires prompt consolidation of individual company financials into the groups format for reporting in order for all participants to get the most out of the review process. 

Fees: Paying the nominal annual fee promptly and expending the travel costs twice annually. Current annual fee is $1900 for the CEO group and $1700 for KeyStaff and is due upon being accepted into the group (prorated for mid year). Fees are subject to change from time to time based on group expenses. Annual Dues cover use of the Staffing CEO Google Group list serve, facilitator labors to set up and run the meetings and their travel expenses, and meals on the days of the conferences.
