While conferences offered education and associations provided advocacy, there was no place where owners could openly discuss the difficult decisions that come with leading a staffing company.

A handful of staffing executives decided to change that.

They created a confidential environment where competitors from non-overlapping markets could become trusted advisors. More than twenty years later, that same philosophy continues to guide every conversation.
